Winter Fun Reaches the Summit of Value With Free Skiing at Mount Washington Resort
December 17, 2008 - New this winter, Mount Washington Resort is offering free skiing at Bretton Woods to guests who stay at any Mount Washington Resort property, including The Mount Washington Hotel, The Lodge or The Townhomes. This represents a savings of up to a $74 per person, per day. Visitors can ski or ride the slopes of Bretton Woods, kick-off the holiday season by taking the family on a horse-drawn sleigh ride, enjoy an intimate dining experience with a specially personalized menu or relax with a Heated Stone Massage in the stunning 25,000-square-foot Spa, opening in early 2009. Bretton Woods opens the season for 2008/09!
November 20, 2008 - Bretton Woods, part of Mount Washington Resort, will open for the skiing and riding season beginning 11am Thursday, November 20th, 2008, offering the first skiing in the State of NH for the 2008/09 season. Tickets are complimentary today on Thursday only for all ages. "We have finally had a good stretch of cool weather for around-the-clock snowmaking on top of what we had already been making at every opportunity. We've also had a few snow flurries this week here at Bretton Woods to blend into it," according to Chris Ellms, Director of Ski Operations for the Resort.

Bretton Woods Canopy Tour - opens Dcember 6th!
Adding to the already vast array of fun and exhilarating activities at Mount Washington Resort, the Bretton Woods Canopy Tour is sure to be an experience our guests will never forget.
Nature lovers and thrill seekers alike will fly through the trees over the ravines and babbling brooks of Rosebrook Canyon. Utilizing a series of cables, sky bridges, and foot paths participants will have a real bird's-eye view of both the canopy high in the trees and the forest floor below. read more

Presidential Wing - Mount Washington Resort to Unveil Expanded Meeting & Event Facilities
Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, NH, will debut an additional 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space in December 2008. This is part of the Resort's $50 million renovation which will further define the historic Grande Dame as a four-season resort destination. The expansion will bring the Resort's total event space to 30,000 square feet with 18 unique meeting rooms, solidifying the property's reputation as an ideal locale for business retreats, group events, meetings and weddings. read more
